Maybe the cam business is a waste of time (as an affiliate). I consider this business to be high risk. A few affiliates make a lot of money and lure the rest into believing they will make a ton also. The main issue is there is no traceability of the money flow. Of course the sponsors are in check in terms of revenue, at a high level. That's easy. But what happens to your traffic at a database level.

It is anecdotic but recently I noticed a blank line in my stats (another sponsor, NOT cb), I notified them of course. They came back to me saying they are aware of the issue and to rest assured that no data has been lost. They were never able to display that "not lost" data even after the system was back. That same sponsor: if I send 1000 visits, their dashboard shows 15.

At least Chaturbate has a near real time dashboard.

I still think cb is one of the best in the business (I wouldn't be here otherwise). If only they would speak to us though ...

Only place I can put one is homepage Intro which is a weird spot. And if I try using css everything comes back with syntax error. But I did see a few main whitelabel with header, side and footer banners so I think it is possible. The footer one is fine for me but I can't seem to add any on the right side or header.

It doesn't take into account scenarios involving whitelabels: cookies aren't shared with chaturbate.com therefore a performer link will plant the first chaturbate cookie at the expanse of the original referrer.

Some smart asses ask customers to clear cookies which invalid the "cookies aren't overridden EVER" statement.

example 3 needs to be verified: what ties a user to an affiliate?
in the case of a user with no email (most likely the tie is username. Then re-registering loses the affiliate)

in the case of a user with email but no paying method (tie with username+email)

in the case of a paying customer (possibly, a combination of username, email and encrypted payment method).

If this is how it works I am happy enough, It is as good as it gets. Real lifetime. But we still have the issue of whitelabels and broadcasters asking to clear cookies. I still think those "Register with me link" are a distraction from the main function: these links have a 20s delay during which a customer is tempted to navigate away, whereas with the main button he would go to the join page instantly.
