Tony has been working with me from our office since beginning of April. He is a new business partner of us and in August he was appointed as CEO which was the goal from the start. And herein lies one of my concerns, if this is such a great thing why wasn't it publicized? Until this thread it's clear an awful lot of people knew nothing about it....I would think that it at least warrants a press release or a cover story at AVN...

Sorry I should have went in to more detail. I was talking about other topics when I said that.
I don't think there is much to the story. I guess you feel different and of course you know more than I do. I have no doubt there. Just saying I think you are making it a story when there isn't one. At least not as big as you make it sound.

This thread baffles me. I knew about Tony joining AVN well before the summer and there had never been any mention of Theo leaving. I did hear about Dan Miller returning to AVN and also the addition of Tina from XBiz.

If you're paying attention, you'll notice that many have moved from one to the other over the years. Not such a big deal.

I like the red telephone, though.

The answer is very simple, it's actually mind blowing why it's not obvious to you. We avoided the silly "the sky is falling" you often hear or read in the adult entertainment industry when there's a change like that. Companies do changes all day the time, it's only in our industry a sign of an upcoming catastrophic event. Real world: Tim Cook replaces Steve Jobs, next day stock goes up. In our little world is OMG what will happen now over at AVN!

For several months in row I introduced Tony to our clients, partners, merchants, service providers etc and he has been working closely and very successfully with them for a while now. If we ever go public, we'll make sure to let the rest of the world know about it and comply with the SEC regulations.
