The models in Europe are non-exclusive so poaching is not an issue and some of the agencies have over 300 models

And it is no secret many of the US agencies are involved in escorting

Every model I worked with in Prague over the last 11 years has multiple agents, so poaching is not the issue. Scumbags trying to get to them are. Also some models escort, but agency do not run that business as many in US do.

We still get requests like that as part of the contract. I always scratch that off. Now days almost any traffic converts and there is no reason to lose $$.

it never worked anyways online - even if the original site blocked CZ traffic, affiliates who made their own galleries didn't and then there was freefoto.cz who reposted everything for the czech audience.

we always told models that we cannot guarantee that the content will never be seen in CZ and we lost quite a few models because of that. Then they went with the producers who promised everything and then some just to get the girl and the girls ended up crying their eyes out cause of course the content was found by someone they knew.

in short: some girls are naive and some producers are assholes.

All the time.... useless !! I now have my own database. They still call and offer but most models are not worth the ink they tattooed their bodies with or the silicon they injected into their tits.

Not too long ago, one of the agents ( in panic) told me that my dates wrong, that such and such September is not Friday....she did not notice she replied to an e mail from August 2012....she must have been smoking something funny.

After being in Prague and shooting for over 10 years, the " quality" is soooo bad I am thinking of importing from the further East.

I am actually surprised how productions like czezh cash managed to find somany models for their scenes. The thing with CZ generally, it's easy to find job, so no point to bother with porn unless you are really into it.
For example, there was one big tit model, which got tired of it and works as brigadnik now.

Yes i know, after all that is why amazon workers rioting all the time everywhere in world, tho there is other warehouse jobs with similar pay rate, like classic retail stores.
But at the same time, some jobs have crappy salary - like affiliate manager, only 1000$

I am still trying to get some models from her, but I am almost cast from my own sources, but still need three more, after that I will tell her what I think. Yesterday, she did send me really attractive model so I have approved her. Well today I did search the model's current photos and OMG !!! 30 pounds heavier looking like she went thru a wood chipper.
