It would seem that his ccbill sites have failed, and so now started up a new site on modelcentro and seems now to redirect his old domains to his new domain.

This is true.

But the best bit is, he thinks he can use wordpress free hosted website for fhg's. For one thing, its against there rules to host porn [LINK]. Not only that, unless I am wrong, if webmasters added there code to these fhg's (yes just a post on a blog) then there code will not be dragged to the paysite and so will not get credited for the sale.

This was true at the time I posted this.

For those who do promote his site, he has a huge traffic leak (or did as I posted this) on his site. It's a link to his twitter account. Many of his posts on his twitter account are promoting other sites????

If you did promote his old sites and still have links up, you will need to remove them as they simply redirect to his new site. I know its a pain.

At no point is any of it true as our FHGs are on MC, and not manually created.

So here’s a crazy idea:

Gary If DVTimes was promoting your site and was telling the truth, he obviously likes your content. But since he has concerns, why not work with him directly to address each of those concerns and fix them? This way, you keep your business relationship, keep the business he is generating, and improve your site overall, all at the same time?

If he was lying, then ask him to correct it and apologize. If he refuses, just close his affiliate account and move on. Getting wrapped up in stuff like this can be time consuming.

If your links have changed, use CCBill to email a message to all of your affiliates telling them how to update their links. If you have old programs that are now closed, just show your affiliates how to promote the new ones.

Simple!

Modelcentro insists on both ID and model release forms for all those in the shoots.

It will be interesting if they have uploaded these to there modelcentro site.

If they have both documents (as you say one wonders if they have), it may be they by uploading said documents may be breaking the data protection act of the UK, where such information cannot be freely passed around.

If they have not uploaded such documents to ModelCentro then Gary is breaking ModelCentro rules.
