There is something wrong when corporate interests outweigh those of the people. Capitalism is great and all but it needs to be somewhat controlled and not allowed to dictate law and or interfere with the laws of the land. Capitalists should have to find a way to navigate the laws that support the people.

It appears this was simply sediment from the flushed water tower and there was no prior notice sent out to the public.
