My guess is no one. I'm "out of shape" as far as I'm concerned because I haven't been training MMA for the past couple months. When I was training Jiu Jitsu 3 hours a day, I felt a lot more in shape. I hold myself to high standards.

This is when I was training MMA 3 hours a day. My arms are bigger, I felt more "in shape" as far as all around fitness. How you define that as me being a fat depressed loser is beyond me.
