lastminutetravel.com took money from my Credit Card
so I booked a room yesterday, they cancelled my reservation, I said ok , from pending charges it will go back to my account, and today I see they took the money!
called them and they said is a BANK issue to give me the money back? stay away from that fucking website

They did this for an international trip for me last year and getting them to refund the charge was a nightmare.

I don't believe they did anything wrong? I'm sure when you booked the room they authorized and charged your card. Now that you cancelled the reservation they issued a refund and your bank takes up to a week to actually receive and process it.
This is pretty much standard with any company that processes credit cards. |
