Obama Heading To Cuba For State Visit
It's about time!
One of the things I really, really liked about Obama's promises in 2008 was that he was going to reach out to our "enemies". Cuba is long overdue to be brought into the fold. 50 Plus years of the U.S. destroying their economy and keeping them isolated did nothing but hurt the people. This is an excellent move by President Obama. And the party will be back "on" in Havana very soon! Can't wait to go there drinking, gambling, and shooting some porn. ;) |

I've said since the beginning that I voted for Obama in 2008. This was one of the things that made me do so during the campaign.
I'm 100% for talking to our "enemies". NOT talking to them has been an abject failure for decades (as candidate Obama pointed out so well in 2008). |
