Trump's fraud case goes deeper..

It appears his university (if you can call it that) was also the subject of a fraud case in the state of Texas. Seems like he got "helped" out of the fraud case by the Republican Attorney General.. As result his university could no longer do business in Texas.

"Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton moved to muzzle a former state regulator who says he was ordered in 2010 to drop a fraud investigation into Trump University for political reasons.

Paxton's office issued a cease and desist letter to former Deputy Chief of Consumer Protection John Owens after he made public copies of a 14-page internal summary of the state's case against Donald Trump for scamming millions from students of his now-defunct real estate seminar."

Sounds like legit business to me, dunno why that Mexican judge is giving him such a hard time!!!

Former Texas official says he was told to drop Trump University probe - CBS News

Trump University = Fraud
ACN network = Fraud

No wonder so many people here like him, he's a fucking thief..

That's only half of it. It seems Trump also practices in bribery.....

Texas Gov. Abbott Received $35,000 Donation from Trump After Dropping Trump University Investigation

Remember Pam Bondi, the Florida Attorney General who failed to open up an investigation into fraud charges against Trump University in 2013, only to have it discovered that in September of that year, the Donald J. Trump Foundation had donated $25,000 to her PAC?

Yeah. She wasn?t the only one, but she got short-changed, it appears. Maybe she could have held out for more.

The Associated Press is reporting that Texas Governor Greg Abbott received a $35,000 donation to his gubernatorial campaign from Trump, sometime after dropping a probe into Trump University, back in 2010, when Abbott was still the Texas Attorney General.

Trump has been upside down in debt for a long time.

Imagine the stress of committing all this fraud and wondering which operation is gonna get found out and what youll do to replace the income for it. Insane!

In New York he was told by the feds in 2005 to stop using the term "university" because it was illegal & misleading, but continued to do so for 5 more years until they fined him & forced him to cease & desist in 2010.

Imagine being so desperate for cash you knowingly break the law for 5 years after being warned by the feds.

Trump has openly admitted he donates to politicians to get things in return.

Adding Chris Christie to his "team" showed exactly where Trump was coming from, totally corrupt.

So Trump gave $35k to a Republican Attorney General in Texas to get his fraud cash hushed up?

LOL.

Ya know.... With Hillary Clinton and her email thing, well, tens of thousands of emails were released and not one smoking gun. On the other hand we have "teaching materials" explaining how to separate poor people with their money.

Why isn't anyone calling for Trump to go to jail?

Feel free to call for Trump to go to jail.

High 5!

As for Hillary's emails, out of random sampling of her emails by the state Dept, 10% were found to contain classified information, which prompted the state Dept to ask the FBI to investigate her.

You missed my point. Fifty thousand emails were released, and yet not one of these had anything remotely damaging... Over one hundred FBI agents working on this for over a year, no charges have been filed, and no grand jury has been convened. (Keep digging, eventually they'll find some dumb charge just like Whitewater.)

Meanwhile in reality..... You have Trump being sued multiple times over this Trump University fraud case. This is going to trail no matter what. They were teaching their employees to talk people into using credit cards to buy into classes that had zero educational value.

Trumps Cessna that he's been flying all over the campaign trail has had expired registration since January. The F.A.A. is aware of this issue and has warned Trump that he's breaking the law, stating he could pay a maximum of $250,000 in fines and/or a maximum of 3 years in jail.

He can't keep his registration up to date but thinks he can fool us into electing him POTOS to run the country ?

BTW he can also get a maximum of 6 months in jail for the Trump U fraud case.

Rochard, please stop with your hyperbole, there are not anywhere near 100 FBI agents investigating Hillary for her criminal activities and there never were that many FBI involved in the investigation.

Rochard, do you know what the FBI has or hasnt found in their investigation? Do you think that if they found something incriminating that it would be very important to put a cogent and thorough recommendation together with plenty of supporting evidence prior to releasing it to the public? Would you think such an important case would warrant the utmost professionalism in providing a thorough investigation and recommendation?

Since March of 2015 49 FBI investigators have been "looking into" a server.

Colin Powell has had zero FBI investigators look into his use of his AOL email used for all government business as Secretary of State. Powell left no records of email during his tenure during the beginning, and at the height, of the Iraq war. Not one email on record for Powell. Clinton has provided 55,000 emails for the record.

If Powell didn't commit a crime, Clinton certainly did not. Can't have it both ways.

In January, Fox News reported that 100 FBI agents were working regularly on the Clinton case with as many as 50 more on temporary assignment. At about the same time, the Washington Examiner reported that a former U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Joseph DiGenova, indicated a similar scope to the FBI probe.

tell ya what crockie, i'm in a good mood, since i'm on the liberal lynch mob these days, and i hate to see the supreme grand dragon of the liberal lynch mob get it wrong as often as you do in public,

The Washington Post issued a correction to both their initial story on March 29, explaining that they incorrectly reported "that 147 FBI agents had been detailed to the investigation" and that multiple U.S. law enforcement officials "have since told The Washington Post that figure is too high" and the actual number of "FBI personnel involved in the case is fewer than 50":

Also, an earlier version of this article reported that 147 FBI agents had been detailed to the investigation, according to a lawmaker briefed by FBI Director James B. Comey. Two U.S. law enforcement officials have since told The Washington Post that figure is too high. The FBI will not provide an exact figure, but the officials say the number of FBI personnel involved is fewer than 50.

No one can comment on the emails we cannot read. But out of the fifty thousand or so emails that have been released, you mean to tell me there hasn't been one thing that is bad? Or damaging? Hillary Clinton cannot be so much of a saint that out of fifty thousand emails there isn't one thing that makes her look bad?

Yet then we have Trump with a huge paper trail of everything he's ever done. All of this will come out. Say what you want about Hillary Clinton, but she knows how the political landscape works. Her campaign will slow attack him on these issues until his entire campaign is completely bogged down trying to explain certain business deals, court hearings, and everything he's ever said on Howard Stern.

so hillary is a saint then? because you keep exclaiming that hundreds of agents and several government agencies haven't uncovered anything within your approved timeline.

but speaking of hillary emails and for-profit college scandals.

it was revealed from emails that:

the Democratic front-runner also has an array of connections to the for-profit education industry that some observers have said raise questions about the type of influence for-profit colleges would enjoy under a Clinton administration.

Most prominent are Clinton’s ties to the global for-profit education behemoth Laureate Education, for whom her husband, Bill Clinton, worked directly, earning $16.5 million between 2010 and 2014. The former president stepped down from his post as honorary chancellor for Laureate International Universities last year, after making a handful of trips to various countries on behalf of the company.

In Chile one of the company's campuses was criticized by its accreditor over academic quality issues and also ran into trouble with government regulators.

For-profit education is technically illegal in Chile. Laureate has legally circumvented the ban, it says, by acquiring seats on the boards of colleges and then selling services such as building management and online courses to those schools.

The company used the same tactics to establish a presence in Turkey, where for-profit colleges are also banned.

rochard, care to comment:

as secretary of state, Clinton pushed for the inclusion of Laureate at a higher education policy dinner that was hosted at the State Department.
She wrote in a 2009 email to a top aide that Laureate was “a for-profit model that should be represented” at the closed-door event, which also included the leaders of several research universities as well as a community college. Describing Laureate as “the fastest-growing college network in the world,” Clinton said the company was “started by Doug Becker, who Bill likes a lot.”
A senior vice president at Laureate was subsequently added to the guest list of the dinner, according to Clinton’s emails, which were released by the State Department last year under a court order.

How come the Republican party isn't going over her emails and using them to make her look bad?

LOL.

Ya know.... With Hillary Clinton and her email thing, well, tens of thousands of emails were released and not one smoking gun. On the other hand we have "teaching materials" explaining how to separate poor people with their money.

Why isn't anyone calling for Trump to go to jail?
Is it possible to get jailed for fraud?

Imagine a President being walked out of the White House in handcuffs.
