Imagine that, the govt lied about Snowden..

All this time the govt claimed Snowden should have spoken up and told them his concerns rather than leaking the info and running.

Meanwhile, Snowden has always claimed he did try to speak with people within the NSA but was blown off and ignored. The govt has always dismissed this as him lying..

Welp, turns out that Snowden was telling the truth and the govt was lying.. Like anyone with half a brain should of figured out by now.. anyway new documents prove Snowden's claim.

You are correct, but you forgot to specifically blame republicans in this one.

I realize you are only a one track mind, however I've always blamed Obama for his poor handing of Snowden's leak and the aftermath.

I have also always blamed both Obama and Congress for not halting the NSA spying but actually increasing it, then jumping through hoops to make it legal so they could continue.

I've also publicly praised Rand Paul *a Republican* when he at least put on a filibuster show over the NSA spying.

Of course as I mentioned you are a one track mind all you ever read or see is "Democrat/Liberal bad" "right wing nut good".

It's time for Snowdon to do what I've always advocates he do, present himself in the USA and face the charges against him.

Sure we need another Bradley Maning.. or I mean Erica Snowden.

Get real, they would lock him in a room somewhere out side the US and claim to not have him in custody. He would be black sited..

He did exactly what he had to do, because the govt can't be trusted with what they were and are doing and they would do anything to make sure he was never vidicated.

you may very well be right. i'm basing my view on how the previous civilian whistleblowers have been tried and treated. manning was tried in military court under different laws and circumstances.

and personally i feel that, even if snowden did provide some sort of good from stealing and releasing those documents, he's still been charged with crimes that he is running from.

for both reasons, regardless of the potential penalties, he needs to man up, stop running and hiding, and face his accusers.

Yes he has ran from what the govt considers a crime, but as a citizen of this country I feel his crime is the lesser evilness tje govt has not been held accountable for its crimes aginst the citizens of this country.

Snowden is a non issue, he has no ability to gather more information or do any harm. He did the people of this country a great service, it's just too bad the people of this country barely looked up from their daily news or angry birds games to notice.

Snowden is accused by the US govt who supposed ly works for me. I don't accuse him of anything except doing the right thing.

I said that left ideology is bad and right is better, but I have not said that right politicians were good and left bad, like you implied in most of your posts. How many "this democrat did something bad" threads have you created in comparison to "this republican did something bad"? 0 D and 100 R would be my guess. And he dares to all me one track mind
I am much more objective and can say that both sides have +- same amount of crooked politicians. You, on the other hand... 0 vs 100 or so

You are right and this is why Snowdon has nothing but awards, accolades, and pussy waiting for him after being found innocent by a jury of his peers, people like yourself .
