If you watch a 'streamed' video from Pornhub it's a video not true virtual reality. Yes a video can be streamed but does not offer actual head tracking.

We are the only company that currently offers Virtual Reality streaming TRUVR content to adult webmasters

It does offer actual head tracking for the PornHub VR videos, they have lots of 180 and 360 VR videos from studio's like BadoinkVR and HoloGirlsVR that stream and have head tracking. I have watched many myself and it works great.
