Payoneer support is a fucking joke

I managed to get to them via live chat and had the chat with the guy that seemed more like I was talking to a machine than anything else. He took all my security questions so he could verify my account only so he could tell me he has to pass this to the security dept. Why ask for security questions in the first place, if you know you won't be able to handle the issue? Because you are useless as support.

At the same time I sent in my concern via their "send message" form.

Was told by the guy to get back to them, if I don't get a response in 2 days. I couldn't believe he actually said that. That made me feel like I most probably really ain't gonna get a response in 2 days. No shit. I didn't. My ticket is in their system. I should get back to them to alert them about my ticket? Another useless support option.

I handle more accounts because I manage more entities. So on another account I get this KYC bullshit interrogation of old Paypal style all in a sudden after 3 years. They ask stupid shit. I provide the answers and they ask more stupid shit, like "please explain how do you get clients to your website". WTF?! In order to satisfy them you have to hold them by the hand, have them understand how internet works and explain it to them like they are 6 years old.

Is anyone from Payoneer still up here? Nissim used to offer good support, but haven't seen him online in a year.

It's always sad we have to resort to digging out contacts of people that actually understand their own questions and answers they get.

Yeah I'm not exactly happy with the Payoneer support either.

People have been complaining about Paxum, but I got a lot better support there, quick and clear replies.

The problem isn't with following the protocols.

The problem is, as McSpike accurately put it, is if they don't even understand their own questions - let alone your answers. Cheap untrained staff.

Yes, their support really sucks. Paxum has its issues but I still prefer it over Payoneer.

Payoneer if you read the news and put your ear to the street is, both a known, and a dirty Mossad front. That means the docs people entrusted them with showed up on assassins in the middle East(Dubai). It's widely known and they can go fuck themselves.

Yeah right, but when there is a real problem they do nothing. Payoneer support helped me, while Paxum stopped replying.

Does it really matter? They have live chat that doesn't know what they are doing. Unavailable most of the time, though. Live chat tells you they will escalate, you get no response. You send via their "send message" which is their only non-live contact option and hey, you get no response either. It's a fucking joke.

The only reason why I used them is to offer additional payment option to my clients yet no one uses them so I know what to do now. Take them off as a payment option.

Last time I dealt with them they were such bureaucrats they demanded to see what I was using Paypal for because I used USPS to send Paypal funds to Payoneer.

They wanted to see screenshots of incoming funds to Paypal and then they wanted to know what that money was for. And when I showed them the SaaS tool that it was coming from they wanted to see the proof it was really from there. Can you imagine?

Doing due diligence on a Paypal account? Can they be any fucking DUMBER?! Think Paypal didn't turn me upside down yet?

That's like being some backwoods bank and I am wiring money from BofA to you and now you demand to see what that money was for, want to see my BofA account and do due diligence on that funds. Like WTF?!

These ewallet idiots felt they need to police Paypal.

The bitch on the other side didn't fucking get it and eventually she terminated the USPS. She didn't get what I was explaining. Nada. Dumb as a fuck.

When Nissim was still around such idiocy didn't happen.

I just had another problem with Payoneer. Even if you have a company account, the statements will have your personal name on it.

The support said that they can't change that, because the company accounts are not truly company accounts...

It kind seems every debit card provider have some sort of problem. For example, i waiting for my new skrill card which is 22 days late, compared to paxum card which arrived promptly. And when it comes to payoneer, they are special, i was not even able to get account there after like 10 attempts there.
