What are some cool small towns in warm climates to Live?
I'm looking to relocate back to the US. I enjoy the smaller town living that has things like great hole in the wall mexican joints, friendly and polite people,good internet, and a warmish climate. A bit off the grid.

Any suggestions?

Nashville. Not as country as tv would like you to think. Great nightlife, decent weather, cool people from all around, affordable, Google fiber and Comcast Gigabit.
