ASA?

Where do you load the film into your camera phone?

Yeah, I remember when 400asa was considered fairly hi-speed film back in the day. And anything above 400iso in a digital cam was getting grainy. Hell, I always shot at 80iso in my first Olympus E10 DSLR - I just refused to go higher.

Now I'm seeing some of these sports photogs shooting 5000-8000iso - and getting very little grain. Digital has come a long way in a very short span of time.

I got to use my buddy's Sony a7sii the other night and was blown away by the images that came out of it...in absolute darkness.

Awhile back during a Toronto trip we dropped by Ripley's Aquarium - and I opted to shoot the entire place with just a Samsung Galaxy S6...instead of my Nikon d80. And the cell probably did a better job on full auto (with low lighting) than I could've got with the Nikon.

yes very amazing... I have not tried anything really serious with the phone... only because my hand is steadier with the camera weight. I've been practicing though.. I've though for a long time web vids should be from a phone.

In my day we were forced to use film...
We had a wait days for it to be developed to see what we shot...

And we were grateful...these spoiled kids today with their new fangled "smart phones" and every horny little prick sending dick pics...

What's a good photography site to start with? Nothing too fancy but for someone who wants to learn how to take better pics in low light/no light etc...
