Just type "royalty free music" in google and you will find tons of music which you can license for low fee.

Yes there are services, just be prepared it often sounds like crap. It can take quite an effort to find something bearable.

Remotely remember may have probably used this in the past:

If you want more tracks would contact them if they can give you a bulk discount or something. Also better to double check TOS.
