We need a fuly managed hosting service for our sites (220K users every day)
Price is important but also if a site is offline and we open tickets than we expect an answer promptly
Even if it is night time

Pushing 30k daily & growing on one site with my box at M3 (sig) - should be able to handle about 150k daily with my current hardware specs.

Support is superb, imo.
