I need to have an evaluation of a mainstream site running a "premium" theme. I need to know what plugins and other elements are needed to transform the stock theme into the customized site.

The hard part is done as I know exactly what the theme is...where to get it...and what it can do "out of the gate."

They appear to be minimal but not being versed in php or looking at code to know what is being utilized. For someone who IS familiar I am sure that a 10 minutes evaluation is pretty much all that is needed looking at source code.

That's pretty easy to do if you have a backend login otherwise you can try and look in the source code loooking for signatures of specific themes and plugins in the wp-content folder. The problem looking at the source code alone is that many sites customise or rewrite their theme name and a lot of the plugins don't leave any signature at all.
