I purchased a domain from AmeriNoc (domain sales agent for omnis) on
Date Created October 25th, 2016
Date Updated October 25th, 2016
Date Expires October 25th, 2017

I purchased Avada WordPress and have worked countless hours on this domain project. Prior to retiring last night the domain in question was perfectly fine.

This morning to my amazement, the domain in question was on Omnis's parking page. I quickly went through the paces checking the Name server, my other domains that are hosted on the same server, those other domains were perfectly fine.

I haven't received additional updates on the domain name progress from AmeriNoc since 10am this morning.
Having 3 WordPress installs on the domain in question (for testing purposes), I became inpatient, uninstalled one of the three Avada's and reinstalled a fresh Avada WordPress in hopes that may have been the issue. It wasn't!

Decided to contact Omnis to find out from the horses mouth why my domain is on their parking page.

Me I purchased the domain though Amerinoc.com

John so the account and domain are with amerinoc not omnis?

Me When I purchased it.. the landing page was Omnis so Amerinoc has to be your agent
Me I host my domains with them

John they are an affiliate of omnis

John i just need to know what system to access

Me I did access their support at 9am this morning heard very little back and now it is 3.10pm East coast time while I am loosing money off of this domain being on a parking page

John i see it has been sent to our admins to review, when we ping the domain name it does resolve to the required IP

John we are waiting on a response from them

John a response an take up to 24 hours

Me The Name servers are all correct. I was looking at the site yesterday and now its no longer there

Me AmerNoc typically gets back to me with-in minutes and they did but just stopped responding

John i can make a note for you on the ticket but at this time we are waiting on the admins to respond

The domain has suddenly resurfaced back online after eight long hours of loosing potential clients. Luckily it's the off season.
