PredatorCMS is still alive
To a fellow webmaster looking to install or change licence of its predatorcms. I had a trouble contacting support and admin but after few email they got back to me and everything is nice and dandy.

[email protected] is for support and anything related support, like changing licence, and you need to send them $25 to paxum or paypal [email protected], after you send the money your ticket(support) will get to you faster.
