Dialysis is a possible option, as is a transplant, but your age is against you, plus you may have other health issues. Don't give up, Paul. I think you should see another doctor. I read there are injections that can help, epoëtine-alfa and darbepoëtine-alfa. My father had problems 3 years ago and kept hanging with his own doctor. Till i pushed him a lot to see a specialist. The specialist did some test and after fine-tuning the amount of medicines he is fine now. He can do everything.
