This has been made exceedingly clear to you.

Money goes to a World Bank program.

Money being pledged to the program is being pledged to the World Bank... not her.

Money is managed by that World Bank program.

She is not involved in any way, shape or form with the World Bank or management of or disbursal of funds.

The donors are largely G20 countries.
