It's BS.

First, of course it's not the center of the Universe. The idea of the Earth even being the center of our solar system was debunked hundreds of years ago.

Next, you can't have an echo back that is louder than the original source. Where would the additional energy come from? The sound wave that bounces back from anything, no matter how solid, is lower due to energy absorbed into everything in touches, including air, and the rest is lost to it being dispersed.

Legends are silly.

yes it can. It can pick up additional energy from another source........sound waves don't act or share same properties as matter or light. There are several trains stations in the US built during the 20-30s that have long arching entrances and you can talk at one end 100 ft away and hear just as loud if not louder at the other end, even a whisper. It's a common phenomenon, just the legend part and center of the universe crap that is not true. I doubt you can't hear someone yelling inside the circle either.
