Difference in having an app Programmed in Stats VS India/Pakistan
Besides the price ofcourse..
I only have experience with offshore programmers ie: india/pakistan Example, you give them a PSD of the User interface of a square and you end up getting a square with round corners shaped like a trapezoid. And you have to go back and forth forever just to get it to look the way it should look in the psd.. Is it like this with American Dev teams? tnx |

at the end of the day people are people some are smart devs while some are shit devs. and you get what you pay for.
there are some shit devs here too and some smart devs in 3rd world countries too., but smart ones are not cheap. you just have to find someone with talent and reasonable rates.
