Today I receive this penalty and I dont know how to solve this since I am pretty newbie webmaster. Also, I don't know what could have caused this because I did not do anything on the site.

Mh i remember we had a similar issue with an self-programmed popup on a tube site.

I'm not very familiar with popups but at the end of the day, it's still popup. If google notice it they will hit your site, because it's bad for the user experience.
The fact is, most of tube sites are using it, so may we have some users here who are able to help you.
