I went to an ND two weeks ago and she recommended Yarrow brand probiotics in the refrigerated section of the local health food store. For the last two years I have had bloody and strangle looking poo but now my poo is like neat little turds and after I am finished I have this overall sense of well being. True story.

A little Citrucel every day will give you beautiful "no wipers". Have you ever had those shits when you know there's no wipe needed? That's what Citrucel does for you.

Also, drink a gallon of water daily.

You have parasites, ffs. Overdose on coconut oil and GSE and see your doctor. It could be helicobacter and you can't fix that at home since they burrow into the lining of your stomach in there

I would say eat Greek yogurt also, but the probiotics should have the gut bacteria covered. But Greek yogurt is awesome anyway, because of the slow digesting protein. As part of my fitness plan I've been having a cup a day for the last 3 years.

I am not 50 but for some reason that's the one he told me to get, I love them, I feel much better and helps tremendously with digestion, I only take one cap a day with Lunch.

Doc said to take it at bedtime so it has 8 hours in the intestines.
The directions on the bottel says take up to 3 times per day.
I probably take it twice per day and the results are spectacular.
