this is a sad state of affairs. because both parties are totally fucking up the system in their own perverted ways.

obamacare was frankensteined by its own party. the dems killed the public option, which was the most important component of the law. obama didnt fight for it. so that forced the customers, mandated by law, into the hands of private insurers, who are getting paid off with subsidies. the numbers never added up for obamacare; healthy people did not sign on like predicted so insurers been taking big losses, despite jacking up rates, & are leaving.

the affordable care act totally failed in the whole point of the law, affordable healthcare. its gonna be another generation of capitalist healthcare, price gouging & monopoly insurers. Why? because the GOP is still drunk on insurer/pharma lobbyists while the democrats, the only party that can solve the problem, is too drunk on PC victimhood to propose a solution. they are also for sale to said insurers & pharma, & look at the mess they made.

sometime in the 2030s the democrats can get power back if they dump race/sex whining & start going after capitalist healthcare in earnest. but dont count on it since the establishment dems are the same as the GOP: for sale to the rich.
