As it should be. However there needs to be and i am sure there are checks in place to not just allow trump to wake up and demand a strike.

protocols need to be followed first i am sure..trump is just the unlucky sap who gets his name attached to death if it were to happen

It's good to know this, but these are the kind of things someone should be careful about saying in public. It can be taken the wrong way so easily. And it's some pretty serious stuff we're talking here...like the annihilation of mankind as we know it.
