The only NEW coal jobs created in PA. but were planned 3-4 years ago for metallurgic coal (coke for steel mills not coal for power plants), something that has some growth to it because of the cheap gas from fracking is allowing steel mills to produce cheaper and that is allowing other industries to flourish here because they do not have to ship the steel very far. How could he take credit for that ? It's been 5 years in the making.

No matter the topic now, he chooses to fight the wrong battles in the wrong way.

For to get a piece of bad legislation passed or to repeal a good one, someone has to convince the public it is good for them to allow a Congressman or Senator to vote for it without fear of losing power.
