So if North Korea nukes Guam do we not care that much either? Second class Americans or maybe not even considered Americans.... ?

I genuinely do not understand how someone can think that a person from NOT US state is as much as American as from US state.
I mean PR can not even vote for US president as an example.

Of course they are not the same as actual Americans.

These are US territories; They are US citizens.

Think about Hawaii for a moment. When Hawaii was attacked at Pearl Harbor in 1941, Hawaii wasn't a US state but instead a US territory.

We tend to ignore the territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
