Well, that was a fucking ordeal, but ultimately worth it...
 All the way from 10.6.8 to High Sierra, in 2 longwinded, time consuming, yet relativly painless simple steps... High Sierra ! Weeeee! I'm in the fucking future!!! |

Yikes. I usually do my upgrades a few days after they're released. I upgraded from Sierra to High Sierra over the weekend. It took about 7 minutes on my SSD-Macs, but about 20 minutes on my HDD mac.
One thing I noticed is that Safari now seems much faster than Chome, but I haven't used it on enough sites to say for sure.

Yeah, took most of the day tbh. 1st I had to do all the backups etc and prepare, then goto El Capitan, cause you cant go straight from 10.6.8 to High Sierra. You have to take the long route via El Capitan.
Still, all good. Everything's still working as well which is nice cause I thought a few things would fuck up along the way, but they didn't  |
