Standard offerings include daily cloud-based backups, custom tailored CDN, proactive software updates and performance monitoring. Vacares will be doing a round of hiring in the first quarter of 2018, based out of our Austin, TX office. We are currently accepting resumes and will begin interviewing top candidates in January, 2018. All positions are full time, in-house, with benefits and competitive salaries. Positions Available Position: Customer Support Responsibilities: managing customer phone calls managing support desk tickets assisting clients with web side tasks Skills and Knowledge Required: communication desk.com or similar ticketing system Wrike or similar task management system knowledge of DirectAdmin or similar control panel system Position: System Administrator Responsibilities: maintain and configure servers server and network maintenance assisting clients with server-side tasks.
