I agree...don't rule out Canada either. ;)

And for the name:

Loki (pr: lowkey)

"Norse God. He is crafty and malicious, but is also heroic: in that aspect he can be compared with the trickster from North American myths."

I think it's suitable looking at your description....crazy yet still there when you need him...

Man, that's catchy. Every kid in the universe will want a GRUNDLECRUNCHER. Just because they like the name.

"Shraq" is my entry.

It's hip and marketable... kids love the q.

Loki is good, but may be too vague to trademark as a name and could spawn many soundalike products.

Loki would be a great name to use if you are gonna market oversees.

Just think about all those little Japanese kids with Loki trading cards and backpacks. Maybe even some of those shoes with the red flashy lights in them. Oh the possibilities!!

Loki is a good choice, but not totaly original

Shraq is cool to

My offering is Geeble

Geeble is a pretty original word.. and easy to remember, and when you say Geeble to somebody, they are instantly curious and want to know wtf a geeble is

dokk i have no clue what this thing is that you've come up with, but its sounds pretty cool...

Could it be radio controlled? you said it flies right?

I have 17 years experience with radio controlled aircraft. I can put a radio on just about anything, plus add gyros to make it stable in all three axis of flight (yaw, pitch, and roll)

Hit me up on icq 3983861 if you wanna talk about design, this sounds like a real fun project

Woah Pheer ur a RCer? COOL!

I flew plankers for near on 5 years, was rates as an 'instructor' by the Aussie governing body (MAAA) when i was 13 years old... Flew for a while but couldnt keep it up through highschool.
Got back into r/c with SPADs and Combat for a few months but they didnt hold any challenge for me anymore so I recently bought a JR Venture 30 having always wanted to try a heli.. just got back from the field my first day out! I was hovering fine thanks to the sim and hovered nose in on my second tank of fuel =]

I'm stoked right now.

Do you fly helis at present?

Who the FUCK sent the fucking MP and escort to my home at four mother fucking fifteen in the AM.

I want to know who it was and how in the HELL they found out about it from this board.

I was DEAD ASS ASLEEP and it scared the SHIT out of my family.

And here's the kicker:

They bought every single finished "thing" (100) that I had on the spot in cash.

You KNOW who you are.

Identify 1 of the 2 people who woke my fucking ass up, i do remember their names.

Cause I wanna thank you.. and send you some cash.

NP Dokk....reading your description it was the first thing that came to my mind.

Re: Loki too generic for patent

I might have to agree.....you can always try and if they disallow, go with your second choice.

Or, you can always change the spelling too:

Lokee
Lowki
Lowkee
Lokki
etc

And of course 'LowKey' which is sort of kewl because it's somewhat of an oxymoron where your product is concerned...hehe

Re: Loki could spawn many sound-alike products.....

ANY name you choose is bound to spawn sound-alikes....it's the name of the game. ;)

Good Luck with it Dokk!! *hugs*
