We have a pool here, we use most days, we sold our car because we now go out for walks down the beach most nights & our diet is full of olives, fish, meat, salads...

We love salad daily, we´ve never eaten so healthy & so pleased to have moved here to Spain. I bet we live healthier than 90% of GFY!

As said, with the POV we walk daily, swim daily, drink eat and enjoy life, don´t bring on the smoking, I´ve know people to smoke and live until they´re in their 90s and others not smoke and die in their 40s...

Eating olives, fish, vegetables every day, fresh meat & tapas out makes us eat a med diet.

You need to either reel it in and button it or come over, stay a few days for no cost, just jump on a flight to Murcia & we´ll pick you up, you can stay and spend a night at no cost... go for a swim, play in your ring and run down the beach...

then we´ll finish the night with beers, tequilas and party until we work the next day and you fly home.
