The memo is the interpretation of two of Nunes staff, which Nunes approved. At the time Nunes had not read the reams of supporting documents from which this memo was extrapolated. Its obviously a distraction from the Russian investigation trying to cast doubt on Muller and his team.
Anyone with half a working brain can see this. It not law, its a bias view of two republican staffers. Unless the supporting documentaion is released it will not be corroborated and therefore is just supposition. For anyone to say what is in the ''MEMORANDUM'' which is a brief summary of intelligence collected by the House Committee is factual,
does not mean the allegations to any impropriety towards Trump are factual. Or that intelligence gathering to his staff had no basis for warrant.

The whole piece seems to make more valuable for propaganda if Trump never releases it.
However, if he uses it as a means to fire Mueller, it becomes a whole new issue.

If there are bad actors, they should be punished according to the law.
I have no problem with the investigation of and prosecution of any bad actors in our government and neither should anyone else.

Because the memo brings into question as to if the USDOJ and FBI had just cause to survival Carter Page in Trumps inner circle.

Nothing more would I like to see than the evidence supporting why the surveillance was granted. The reasonable just cause presented to a judge for warrant. If Trumps Lawyers have that info before Mueller questions him, it could avoid Trump getting caught in a lie.
For investigators must have a case in a chain of evidence step by step leading to that and I very much would like to see that. Eventually it will become public. It's a question of when. But this is why these investigations take so long.

But not to worry, the whole story is worth more to Trump if he does not release it.
So, somehow, I figure Trump will look to replace Rosenstein with someone who will act on this unreleased and highly speculative info and fire Mueller. Cause he's not getting anywhere with Rosenstein.

In any case, investigate them all. Prosecute those that have done wrong.
But do not ask for a investigation to stop a investigation.
