Tony Bruno got a little controversial when he posted this on Facebook: "'m not a violent man, but if I was in high school, I'd take the @davidhogg111 kid behind the gym and beat the hell out of him."

His quote was clearly a play on Joe Biden's words about President Donald Trump, but many people were not that keen to Biden's previous statement. Some people lashed out at the much older Bruno, claiming he's fantasizing about beating up young teens. Others attacked him verbally for stating his opinion and being violent. Thankfully a few people, who know a lot more than others, realized this was simply a play on Biden's quote and posted mostly to get a reaction, not because Bruno wants, or plans to, attack David Hogg.

Bruno has no clear intentions of beating up a teenager, but his controversial Facebook post made an interesting point. He wanted to see if it was OK to talk about beating up a person and how people would respond. Was it acceptable for Biden to say it? Was it acceptable for Bruno to say it? The former radio show host wanted to see if there was a hypocritical double standard where one person can say something, but another cannot.
