I don´t understand it either! I´ve given enough to choice & firstchoice from each time I transfer payments & withdraw from a cash machine...

Looks like the old cards are dead. They will probably need to make a deal with some other bank since the customer support told me to withdraw the money to an external card.

Yes, you need to compare the 1.2708 to the 1.2384 rate.
It is a difference of 1.2708 / 1.2384 = 1.0262
In other words, a currency exchange markup of 2.62%
