I disagree with the "jobs are leaving" bit but the United States is facing a massive problem with our infrastructure. Our entire infrastructure was built mostly in the 1950s and 1960s, and we've only been maintaining it since then. Things we never think of - water coming to our house and sewage leaving our house - are going to become huge issues. These are starting to fail. This will become a huge problem for us in the next few decades, but it might be a good thing... We'll need people to fix all of this.

That's because HIV test is free in Russia and sometimes it's mandatory (for sex workers, for medical personnel, for shopmen etc). The treatment is also free - the person who gets pills is not dangerous to others. In contrast to Russia, the USA have no free anti-HIV program. No free tests, no free treatment. Somehow I have removed 2 or 3 moles on my chest (don't remember how many exactly, because I have no even scars of them). And I did it in a private clinic (the one you call a clinic for oligarchs). Everything (the consultation and the laser surgery) was cost me about $20 USD. Now tell me how much you will pay of the same surgery in the USA? And don't tell me it will be free for you. Even if you pay for Obamacare, any cosmetic operations are not covered by it.

P.S. Nothing is free in this life and you have to pay taxes/obamacare whatever for that.

2. Cancer treatment is free, except for the prescriptions. They would be $8 each.
