I really want one that will show ads if adsense doesn't - It would be heaven if it would fuck up the adblockers as well.....

Promoting adult, not adult, etc.?
Facebook and Twitter are always options. People knock them both, but I have bought from both many times. Study targeting and you can turn them into cash cows.

Bing Adwords can be a little cheaper and just as effective (if not more so).

yeah try Bing
You can also import your existing adwords ads to it. I can set this up for you. I used to manage several law firm campaigns way back when Overture existed back in 1999..

Facebook banned my ad account for putting up an image of a slim woman on more than one occasion, they told me I was body shaming.
