You can not just reject to go to school or to serve in army. There is an official punishment for that.

Have no idea about 160lbs (a horse ass metrics again?), but everything else is yes. Just a short note. We in Russia don't drink vodka like Americans (one bottle in 5 minutes). We do it with a lot of meal (at some celebrations like birthdays, weddings, New Year and even when someone dies) and the process may take many hours... 3... 6 or more. Course if they are not homeless alcoholics who drink shit and die because of methanol poisoning. I find it funny that you foreigners get so upset and tell us to get educated, yet at least when I went through basic schooling we learned imperial AND metric.

Yet it's non-American's who get so upset because they have to do a quick google or math in their head to translate one unit to the other, and demand that we spend literally billions to update perfectly fine educational material, because you refuse to "educate yourself"
