Paxum not issuing cards?
I just came across a thread in which someone claimed card printing isn't happening at all. Is this true or are they simply not keeping up with volume? If this isn't the case, Paxum, perhaps you should get communications together and let people know what's going on to limit this kind of misinformation.
My card has been stuck on "Submitted" for 12 business days. If Paxum is printing cards, I'd invite someone to respond to my ticket or phone message. |
