We are carnivores.

We are THE apex predator.

We evolved beyond primates because we began to eat more protein and as such, a LOT more fat. Our brains have tripled in size due to increased fat intake. Our brains have evolved well past that of our nearest primate relatives because of fat intake.

This is why statins negatively impact brain function.

Fat is one of the basic building blocks of cells.

Without fat, you die.
Without proteins, you die.
Without carbohydrates, you're fine.

The one thing that vegetarians advocate that you eat exclusively is the only non essential macro nutrient.

Just because you hate the idea of an animal being killed, the facts do not change. The energy values of veggies are horrible. We don't have the ability to even extract all of the nutrients from them. In fact, unless you're completely retarded about human and animal physiology, neither to actual herbivores. They have to eat 14 hrs a day. They have multiple stomachs. They have to regurgitate food and attempt to extract more energy from it. They eat their own shit to extract any nutritional value from it. Plant based diets are a terrible source of energy for an animal thats designed for it... thats why they are the prey, not the predator.

We have the digestive tract of a carnivore. extensive studies and bone analysis clearly shows that at no point ever in the history of modern man were we ever vegetarian or vegan. No B-12.. you break down and die. B-12 does not come from plants and fruits. There is nothing in the archeological record to show any society or culture anywhere in our evolution that was vegetarian or vegan.

Nearly all modern health maladies began with agriculture 8-10k years ago. Number 1 at the top of the list of threats to use as humans is wheat. And in the last 100 years, all the problems with eating increasing volumes of wheat (something that is both molecularity and genetically, nothing like the original triticum species). All the exploding health problems today across the globe from Alzheimers to diabetes or even babies born with type 2 diabetes is the DIRECT result of being told "fat is bad" and those calories being replaced with several times more grains and sugars placing our bodies in a constant state of an inflammatory immune response among other issues, setting off a cascade of problems and creating chronically high blood sugar levels.

Even whole grain bread - the "healthiest" bread in the supermarket is worse for you than raw white table sugar. This is how stupid "health nuts" are.

The US dietary guidelines were based on lies (from Ansel Keys), were unquestioned AND the rest of the Western World adopted the same thing... with almost experiencing the same health problems and health crisis.

Before the Government decided how we needed to eat, the only real health problem was just a problem with rising heart disease/heart attacks. Their recommendation was to do the exact thing that was causing heart attacks - eat less fat, eat less proteins, eat more grains and sugars.

Arguments about "non GMO" foods are fucking retarded. The grains you eat every single day are 1000s of times removed from the original species. Even without direct intervention EVERYTHING is genetically modified. Humans. Plants. Dogs. Cats. Cows. Carrots.

I don't even know the difference between vegetarian and vegan, and I don't even wanna know.

I eat everything, as long as it's healthy, that's the only condition.

Veggies in supermarket in Asia are not healthy, due to their abuse on pesticides, so I grow some of my own veggies. Pork is the same, too grass because of overfeeding here. I stopped eating pork here a year ago. Wild fish is good here, because it's wild!

I rarely eat street foods. When you have a deep look at their cooking, you will just be surprised by their abuse on GMS (glutamate), which is forbidden in Europe, and widely used here. Sadly, tourists stop at "wow that's so good", and forget about "how do they do".

I love good food, but depending on where I go, I don't always eat the same type of food.

I am not against eating animals, but I am VERY against the pain, suffering, torture they go through at the farms, slaughterhouses, etc. These animals feed us/you, and our families, they should be cherished by us and given wonderful lives before their final days
