Why do people Always keep looking at economics. In the end there will be a good outcome for all. And in the meantime he saves the planet.

Not only Trump is saving the planet by putting tarifs on things that pollute like (diesel) cars and goods that needs lots of energy to produce and ship. It also means thet home delivery of Pizza and other fat making food will be more expensive. Something the former presidents all wanted cause most Americans are too fat. And if he doesn't profit from it, in Holland they want to put extra tax on fat making food and sugars. So one way or the other, the consumer will never profit from lower tarifs. Or they start robing you international with tarifs and local with fat and environmental taxes, than they fuck you two times.

It's driving these people nuts that the bar is getting moved up and up... economy is booming, record low unemployment, stock market has gained Trillions in value etc. The bar for them to measure themselves against keeps getting moved up. In fact, Western Europe tried to band together to level the playing field and still can't even come close.

I have a lot of Canadian friends, my GF is from Toronto as well, but lets get this shit out in the open right now... they are ridiculously insecure and talk more shit about the USA than they even talk at all about their own government... on the whole, those aren't "friends". Canada is just the annoying relative that shows up at holidays, drunk and starting a scene at the dinner table who we are all really just thinking "you know, i'd be ok if he didn't show up next time".

NATO? Why not the UN as well. It has NEVER fulfilled it's mandate... ever. I remember watching the Rwanda genocide unfold on TV. No one would call it "genocide" because then they'd be required to act. 2 million people cut to pieces and the UN did nothing at all except send some token troops there to basically stand there and watch people being murdered. I was so confused at that time and kept thinking "uhm... isn't the very point of the UN to put an end to this exact thing?". The UN couldn't stop crucissfisos family from swooping in to cities like Sbrenica and rounding up all the males and driving them to a pit to be shot. If you recall, that happened DIRECTLY after the UN declared the city a safe zone.
