How can i get Google search results without 'location from internet address'?

i don't want results fitted to my location, i want the standard country wide results. How do i do this?

Well I am using chrome and logged into my google account, and when I search it gives me a location thats within 10 miles of where I actually am.

However, if I open an 'incognito' window, I am no longer logged into my google account and it gives my location as 'United Kingdom'

Dunno if thats any help to you?

Beyond the suggestions above, here's a couple of other options.
  1. Use a Proxy. I find LimeProxies are a pretty decent service. Best Private Proxy Service | Lime Proxies
  2. Use a privacy focused browser, Tor or something like Epic Privacy Browser. The Epic one is decent in that you can quickly toggly proxying on and off and quickly select the country you want.
  3. In Windows, go to Contgrol Panel / Internet Options / Privacy Tab / Check the box for "Never Allow Websites to Request Your Physical Location"
  4. If you use FireFox, go to About:config and search for "geo.enabled". Double click to turn it off. If you use Chrome, you go to Settings / Avanced / Privacy and Security / Content Settings / Location > click to turn it off.

Not a whole list, but you get the idea. Google uses location services a lot. You might also want to check and clear any cookies related to google before doing any of the suggestions offered.

that's the weird thing... i use Iron (chrome based), and when i do incognito mode, it still is localized... Bottom of the search page in google, grey location dot saying my city and 'from your internet address'. Wtf?

it's not i don't want this often so a paid proxy is overkill.. but thanks for the browser options.
In windows i already have all location options disabled, always.
When i disable location in chrome (iron), it still shows localized results with my city and 'from you internet address'.

Shitty google has found yet another way to piss me off. Jesus christ they never stop.

Epic Browser does the trick, the proxy browsing option.

Is that dot with your location in the bottom in google something new by the way? When browsing with epic broswer through for example a german proxy, they pinpoint the city of that proxy as well 'from your internet address'. Even though besides using a proxy this whole epic browser is incognito as well. Since when is this? It's pretty aggressive and you can't turn it off in google (of course).
