Muller & Trump Jr were spotted at the same airport gate at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on Friday. This is a common tactic used by FBI or other law enforcement to have meetings because if spotted they can just claim deniability of random encounter. All international Airports have secure interview rooms which is why it's a common thing for the FBI to use this technique.

For the record to get to that gate at that airport, they had to ride a tram together from the main terminal.
