Never any complaints about paxum here.
Best way to use paxum is to receive payment through them, then wire from paxum to bank (saves money on all those 50$ bank fee's)

I had some issues with the delivery of my Paxum card. It took nearly a year.

But using it smoothly for the past year or so.

There are questionable fees here are there. But seems understandable now.

I encountered some downtime transferring internally but it's workable.

To shows of what? Something like: "look, we can't deliver even a 'temporary' card because we are so cool"?

JFYI: Payoneer (which is based in Israel) prints out the new cards and delivers them by the UK Royal Mail (don't ask me why the UK, perhaps it's cheaper or faster) within less than 2 weeks to ANYWHERE. How long you have to wait for your TEMPORARY card from Paxum?

The Alexa graph above shows the real number of disappointed clients who clicks the paxum.com URL every 5 minutes to find out where their cards and money are. The same situation was with epassporte. Don't you remember it?

Issue? I won't die for a thousand bucks that I have forgiven to Paxum, that's not a money which is worth to be spoken about at all. I just want to say that Paxum is yet another Epassporte and it is dead. That's a message to other potential clients who will lost much bigger money there. The spirit of Chris Mallick is here.

Ok, I see you are too young to know about iBill. I would suggest you to read the old posts at GFY about that company (people have lost millions of dollars there). Perhaps it will enlighten you somehow.

this has been said by some Paxum haters for like three years... we don't keep any money in Paxum, we only receive payments thru it and withdraw it by card or bank wire. as long as it works, we keep using Paxum.

the problem with Epassporte was that people used it like it was a real bank account... they held money there... I'm sure most people have learned and they use Paxum differently.

Nobody has used epassporte or paxum as bank accounts. Maybe a few village idiots only. These always were services to exchange some little money to pay for servers, domains, designs, copywritings etc. No one sane parson has used it to keep there at least 100K.

Clearly Paxum has trouble finding card issuers, but I have never heard of them mismanaging anyone's money.

Worst case scenario they'll stop issuing cards. Paxum would still work well with EFT and Wire withdrawals.

Paxum aren't yet dead but the signals they give to their customers are definitely not very positive. How can you trust a company that gets you money to issue a card that doesn't exist?! When someone lies so much, there's definitely something wrong.

You should send a letter to Santa. Perhaps he will help you to receive your temporary Paxim card on Christmas (or... note the spoiler below).

A spoiler: he won't. He is a song for you guys:

The Paxum Is Dead

The death of da Paxum
Reminds you epass,
A fag Chris Mallick
With his super movie.

The cheater brought pain,
So sad for webmasters,
Their time of mourning
Will be forever...

Where did he go,
No cards in da motion,
Where did he go,
Where did he cash?

The Paxum is dead,
The money is gone,
The Paxum is dead,
A life's on the run.

Behind his mask,
It was only service,
Someone who feeld (they were saying so)
Like you and me.

Can't you see the light,
The star that shined so bright,
Was it a lucky sign,
From someone who says "I'm allright"...

The Paxum is dead
...will the money return...
We'll never know...

Earnings, money, madness,
Tears, thievery, Net, pain...

https://youtu.be/RHSIvJTZZcQ?t=430
