In Russia, it appears that the police testimony is equally weighed with the testimony of the citizen. This is why, the police intentionally video record traffic stops, and actually stop random citizens at the scene, to serve as a neutral witness to any actions the police might take, such as inspecting the vehicle.

maybe you should adress what you wrote more to the OP than "average" US citizen. Im pretty sure that average American is less biased than OP and his specific "views".
But who cares about it anyway ? The guy sells his plugin (which is great btw), so the only thing that he does care about are thread views. So the more stupid,controversial and fake things he posts, the more views and sales he gets...

Только совковое говно которое всю жизнь копит на квартиру и машину способно на крики тем кто лучше их о том как они якобы родина восстанавливают, а те кто с деньгами и желанием жить по-комфортной - предатели. И это при том что сами приехали из своих деревень туда где есть горячая вода и канализация.
Ты бы уделял больше время своему плагину, а не позорился сравнением российских больниц или школ с американскими. Кого ты тут обманываешь своими промо фото из реклам? Себя подбадриваешь что не все так плохо? Тогда уже пиши про хохлов. Вы ватники только этим сейчас и живёте.
А мне реклaмировать ничего не надо. Я лично знаю 90% владельцев ресурсов и все дела делаю на прямую. Твои опусы я люблю читать. Такое впечатление что наркоман пишет. Особенно когда начинаешь американцам рассказывать как им плохо живётся.

I am almost certain, he is a victim of substance abuse and is using medication or street drugs. Being Russian myself, I find it amusing when he goes in to his drug infused rampage and starts comparing quality of life in Russia to what it is in Western Europe or N. America. Notice how he always post promo videos of downtown Moscow, pictures of private clinics, apartments that cost 100 annual salaries of average citizens. Never would he post pictures of his home town where he is from or flat he lives in. Even his lies about his "officer status" in Russian military is load of crap. I know it because I went trough same thing, and so as all college students in 80-s and 90-s. Its a reserve program very similar to ROTC in the US. My cousin's son is doing it in Colorado and it's almost identical to what this clown always refers to as "I am the officer, sharpshooter, ak-47 genius". Stolen valor jester.

those 'machines' you speak of charge rates per use, and the percentage is cutthroat.. the entire system is to suck up as much as little babooshkas have, and that doesn't even get into the home invasions and robberies that happen so often they have task forces and 'babooskha' traps

two months ago i had to jump into a massive street fight cause whatever the fuck was going on, one of the dicks decided to start elbowing the shit out of this womans head and not stop.. nothing a bottle to the face and a few hockey shirts and knees to the face doesn't fix, and two handguns pop out

luckily for me the armed men kinda agreed with the aspect that women shouldn't be hit, which is frankly rare for this 'enlightened' part of the world

I think it depends from city to city. In Moscow most of shops work 24/7 and not just some small markets, but the supermarkets and hypermarkets too. You can buy say... a sofa by night and it will be cheaper than if you buy it at the day time. The ATMs are really located almost everywhere. That's true. As about the guns. In Russia we have very similar rules to the US ones. You can buy a semi-automatic version of AK47 right via the Internet. But for unknown reason we really have much less shooting accidents than the USA.

The official price of dollar was about 0.65 of ruble in that times ;) In the real life it was 2-3 times higher of course. But the price of Morgolin was really 25 rubles. A price of a sport epee was 75 rubles. A professional gun, which was made specially for your hand was 200-250 rubles (I never had a personal one, lol). While a standard lunch in cafe (it was paid by my sport school via food coupons) was 1 ruble. These were the prices

Maybe. I never fired from Luger and the designer of that Russian pistol (Margolin) was absolutely blind. Sounds weird but that's true. It was a gun I grown with.
