For instance when we in the Netherlands held a referendum about the EU treaty with Ukraine, a Soros funded "foundation" spammed Dutch people to death with pro-EU treaty propaganda ads they bought on Youtube. It was insane. Talk about outside meddling in an election. It was despicable.
