Hannity lied on camera to back Trump up with the base. Republicans will go to any lengths to protect Trump. Having Hannity on TV under oath that Cohen lied is exactly what the Republicans want to counter Cohen's paper evidence of Trump's crimes.

Claims he lied under oath. haha. he lied repeatedly. That's not conjecture, that's fact. He was even shopping around his own book just prior to his testimony praising Trump for being a great person in every conceivable way... then sat down right after and testified to the exact opposite.

He even cried about his fierce loyalty to Trump cost him everything, including his freedom... when all of his crimes and prison sentence have nothing at all to do with Trump.

Fast-forward to 2:40 where Hannity interviews Trump. At 3:09, Sean Hannity says "He (Cohen) told me, Personally (on the payments)".

So this is the problem. Either Cohen lied about this, or Hannity is lying, right? Cohen has testified already under oath. But since Hannity, lets face it, being the dumbass that he is, has opened himself up, he too should now be brought in to testify under oath.

Great. Outstanding. Call him back into testify again under oath, ask more questions, and if decided he did in fact lie under oath charge him.

Cohen is a liar, a cheat, a con man, and a criminal. He is going to prison. If he goes to prison for three years or ten years, no one really cares.

However, I have some issues with this. Suddenly Republicans have issues with being truthful under oath. Republicans are accusing Cohen of lying about something that is not really important, and is subject to debate - He might have told people he wanted a job in the White House but maybe he didn't really want to. Yet for some reason when Jeff Sessions said under oath he hasn't talked to any Russians... And we discovered he had three conversations with the Russian ambassador... Cohen might have lied about something that is not important, not relevant, and might be open to debate on if he actually want something or not, but when Jeff Sessions told a direct and obvious lie about something that may or may not be considered treason.... It's pretty clear what the intentions and desires of the Republicans are.

Republicans are no longer interested in the truth or having a real investigation. In fact, at this point the Republicans are actually engaged in obstruction of justice.

I've said this before and I'll say it again.... This is going down in flames. It's just a matter of time. Eventually Trump will be charged with something. Everyone knows this. If one thing doesn't stick, there are a dozen other things. We are looking collusion, band fraud, tax fraud, insurance fraud, campaign fraud.... History is going to look back at everyone involved, and the ones who tried to protect Trump will be judged accordingly.

Remember, the only reason Cohen is finally testifying is because the Republican controlled House stopped him from testifying for 2 years.

It's only because the Democrats are in power now in the House that the truth can actually be told and people can be forced by subpoena to come in and tell the truth.

The Republicans purposely took part in obstructing justice for 2 years in the House and they are STILL doing it in the Senate.
