So if you've met me at a conference or in person you have probably come to the conclusion, this dude is fucking whack!

Mainly because I make things sound a lot easier than they are. But that isn't exactly true!

They are easy for me because I don't give a shit about this or that. I just care about making money or pushing the weight further. Lots of people get caught up in the politics. (have you seen this fucking place lately???) I pretty much egg your politics on... but then I also don't actually give two shits about who is president. I am too busy learning to code something or keep up with our new coders. Damn fucking skippy!

So... My advice to you is the exact same as it has always been.

DO NOT give two shits about your stats. Give 85% of a shit about making them bigger (traffic wise) and 15% about honing that in to get to 1:5 ratio. I know... Not going to happen in this day and age... of tubes... So don't do a tube unless you are a tuber.

DO NOT give two shits about your payouts. Make more traffic. Make it and payouts will come.

Shit in this industry is really simple. Work hard. Out think. Learn. Learn to work less by out-thinking.

And if you fail... walk away... try something else. Read.

So many times I think to myself, damn... if I wasn't so good at what I do, I'd do that!!! But I'd be taking a pay cut. But 3 years ago, I'd look nice.

If you are young... Do a lot. Don't take vacations. You really haven't arrived yet. You are going to lose it. Two or three times over. Spend your time dominating. Spend your time creating 3 to 5 things in completely different niches. Give yourself some wiggle room. Otherwise, you are just like the rest of us... Only you are getting into this 15 to 20 years later. Wow!!!

So work. Think better than your competition. Have more than one golden nugget (Google giveth, and it taketh away)...

Otherwise, go get a job at some non-adult company that ain't a lick of fun.
