how hard is it to recruit models in your country?
have you ever recruited models for webcamming (not porn, specifically for webcamming)
will your models agree to being promoted or are they looking for "anon profits"?
what type of internet connection do you have?
will the internet provider cap you?

when you have an answer to all 5 questions above I can give you a better answer on how hard it is for you...

Today I see many... many... many.. girls avoiding the webcam sites and advertising all over reddit, etc.

They're on snapchat, kik, skype, and probably a few others. They take their money up front with paypal or similar. No one needs a middle man these days.

From what I understand the girl initiates the paypal transaction and she'll claim it's for something non-adult.

Dangerous. If she gets caught, if a customer complains to Paypal etc, Paypal will not only suspend her account, they will freeze her money as it is against Paypal's Terms of Service.

Providing Adult content through Skype is also against Microsoft's Terms of Service agreement.
